A home that brings comfort and joy is drawn from within. It is made of the people who live in it, their identity and personality, their story and stories, their passions and their dreams… It works for their lifestyle and, beyond aesthetics and functionality, it is lived with emotions.
I believe this feels even more important for expats and other internationals who are living away from their original home, navigating a new language, foreign culture and standards. My very own experience as an expat taught me that no matter how long you plan to live in your new place or whether it is yours or rented, it is absolutely worth making it feel right to you.
